Despite circuses now being banned from using wild animals in their displays, animals classed as 'domestic' continue to be exploited in circus shows.

One such circus, Circus Mondao, is performing at Great Gonerby Memorial Hall near Grantham between 23rd and 27th June 2021.

Circus Mondao were, until the Wild Animals in Circuses Act 2020, one of only two circuses who continued to use wild animals as part of their act, including camels and reindeer. Since the ban, the circus still continues to exploit animals for entertainment. Horses, ponies, donkeys, doves; none of these animals should be forced to perform in a circus.

Please contact the hall to ask them to choose compassion and not allow animal circuses on their land!
